The directions to the site took to to a dead end. I’m not sure if the the address used to have access that way, but just a heads up. The cab of the truck was dirty. But honestly the whole process of getting the reservation to following the app instructions was pretty good. Only hiccup is the location of the key. But pick up and drop off were mostly seamless.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisStop overcharging, not even consistent with charges, every day wass different
ANNIE TThis was my first time renting UHaul, I reserved my cargo van at a location closest to my apartment. After a day, i got a confirmation that it has been rescheduled to another location. On the day of reservation, i went to the location and it was not open. I had to call the store and finally the store person came after 10 mins. After waiting for 20mins i was told that they dont have a cargo van, so i was sent to another location 5 miles from there. I was finally able to get the van. But i had to roam around for about an hour before i can get the van. I had a very bad experience with my 1st Uhaul rent.
Ajay GThe young lady at the front desk was very friendly on the phone when I called and then in person when I picked the truck up. She answered all of my questions.
MONICA GA little hard to get a bigger truck out of the gate.
