The lady doing the paperwork seemed lost, and the gentleman who hooked up the trailer acted as if I was interrupting him. The trailer was not hooked up correctly and I had to stop and redo it. Come to find out the trailer was not in good repair and was dangerous to be on the road.

Ana CDid online check in but the attendant was eager to assist and verified the check in was complete.
David BWe had to go to 3 different locations, from south grand ( where I planned to drop off) but we couldn’t there was nowhere to leave the truck outside the gate. Even though the email says you can drop off at any location at any time. Then we drove to 6th street location just for the system to tell us to then drive to the north grand location for drop off. We waisted over an hour driving all over town trying to drop the truck off.
