Barely any space
Ana CDid online check in but the attendant was eager to assist and verified the check in was complete.
David BWe had to go to 3 different locations, from south grand ( where I planned to drop off) but we couldn’t there was nowhere to leave the truck outside the gate. Even though the email says you can drop off at any location at any time. Then we drove to 6th street location just for the system to tell us to then drive to the north grand location for drop off. We waisted over an hour driving all over town trying to drop the truck off.
Finley JTruck was dirty when I picked it up and they only had 11 of the 12 blankets requested. The blankets smelled like gasoline so we were unable to use them on anything cloth. Also, the gentleman working there didn’t know how to handle the pickup and had to call another office to get the truck set up.
