We were given the wrong size truck unknowingly and when we returned to pick up the tow dolly that we were told initially was reserved for us was given to someone else. We had to go to another location to pick up the dolly. When returning both the truck and dolly the only return item available was for the truck. Come to find out the tow dolly reservation was cancelled even though we picked it up. Not a great first experience.

It was unclear how much fuel was required for turn in
SANDRA DDrove the truck in and he asked if the blinkers and brakes worked and said we could go. We didn’t get a receipt, but did get the email saying we didn’t owe anything.
PATRICK TThere are chips on the windshield with out a x on it .It leaks in side the truck.A lot of my boxes got wet due to the rain and reuned.
