Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt was U-Haul-the company- NOT the location…that did not have our reservation as promised. We had two men we had to pay to sit and wait for them to locate a truck. Plus all the hidden fees (Clean fees, etc.) although all I did was sit in the truck.
Austin WThe app need repair has problems but the people on the U-Haul 800 number very nice and help you though everything
Lisa HThere were other vehicles parked in front of my unit. We had to push one out the way and work over and over to get out with my truck!! Very frustrating.
Joan JLocation was closed upon drop off. Thankful to have the ability to drop off without location being open.
