Massive hole that I had to drive through to be able to park the trailer. The holes on the property are massive in size to the point that if you don't pay attention to the ground you can seriously damage your vehicle.
Alvin LTerrible experience called the store multiple times because It was hard to find. Turns out it’s just a gas station with no signs of u haul the lady was not helpful everything seemed so odd and not normal. Lady was not helpful at all.

Faith KSee that's doing the gentleman behind the counter huffed and puffed about every little thing including when I caught him trying to upcharge me without my notice. He called the U-Haul phone number telling the operator. I can't deal with this and handed me the phone. She and I worked everything out just fine. Also telling me if I needed any help installing the trailer to the back of my truck. The gentleman behind the counter would be able to do that. This is my first time rinsing a trailer and he refused to come outside at all. Returning my equipment. The young lady was very nice and helping me unload the trailer from my hitch.
