They didn't do check in, Theu didn’t have dolley and pads I booked for asked me to drive to a different location ( didn’t offer any refund for extra miles i might have to drive) the tank was near empty when i picked up, i drove less than 12 miles Charged for 7 gallons and additional fuel sevice charge

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe vehicle has done 134,000 miles. I took it on the highway for a short distance and it was scary. That vehicle should have come with a warning to not take it above 50 miles an hour. It is unsafe. I work in the automotive industry. That vehicle is a deathtrap The place I rented from does not have a person onsite - who handles U-Haul rentals. Every time i rent a vehicle, some person at the automotive service center (the primary business there) calls someone offsite and they sent me the paperwork. The paperwork has no mileage or fuel level. Last time i rented, I drove less than 40 miles but was charged 400 miles. Unfortunately the paperwork I was given at the time of rental neither has mileage nor the fuel level. Unfortunately i did not take a photograph of the dash when I rented the equipment. This whole experience has left me disappointed. How can you not have a GPS tracker on your Van to know how many miles someone has driven. to prevent fleecing your customers like this? A very very disappointed customer. I am definitely going to leave a scathing review for your Broadway location, the dismal condition of your trucks, the lack of GPS tracker, insufficient paperwork (no checkout mileage or fuel level), fleecing customers in case they have not taken a picture of the dash when checking out the truck

Ryan VI received an exceptional customer service at this particular location - Broadway Autocare. The truck was clean, full of fuel and ready to go miles and miles without any problem. The manager was very accommodating to our needs and let us to extend the rent for a few more hours because we were running out of time. I appreciate the service very much and would recommend this location to everybody to rent a moving truck from. Thank you again.
