Troy FNo one from U-Haul showed up at 9 to handle my rental, so the owner of the repair shop had to contact someone. The owner was really nice and helpful, and eventually got word to give me the keys and said I could go. I had never used the app and assumed I would be able to discuss the contract and other things with someone from U-Haul. Not possible. I got to my destination and found out that the hand truck I had ordered wasn't in the van. The van was great and we were done early. I went to drop it off and still no one from U-Haul. The owner of the shop tried to call someone named Alan, but he didn't answer. He then called Erica, who was nice but first tried to blame the owner for the fact that there was no hand truck on the van. She then promised to adjust my bill but so far the charge on my credit card still shows the original amount, which includes the hand truck that wasn't on the van.
