Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisthey were fine
Denise SThe issue wasn't the location. They were/are excellent. The problem I had was the uhaul phone support and uhaul changing things on me. I was told multiple times that I could drop off at the location I requested, and I just needed to call. I did as I was instructed, and they told me I must drop it off at a location 200 miles away! I was eventually able to get a location an hour away. Luckily the next day I got someone from support that helped me drop it off where I originally requested. Uhaul needs to improve this process.
Jerrold RThank you for going the extra mile to ensure we had a truck and appropriate equipment!
CAROLE LTomlinson was great. Everything was in great shape, ready to go, they were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent through them again.
