The check in procedure at this location was completed very quickly but the staff there did not inform the U-Haul company that I had returned the truck that I had rented. That caused me to get a text that advised me that they didn't have a record of me returning the truck. It took about 2 days for me to get a confirmation that the truck had been returned.
Dan GGet someone from U-Haul to work at the Mini Mart during your busy season to process the renting and the return of the Trucks while thoroughly training the people at the Mini Mart the process of renting and receiving the truck when it is returned and what everything they has to do when renting and processing the return of the trucks. This experience this weekend disappointed me because I have always felt like U-Haul had very high standards but not anymore.
