This was my very first time using this service ever, I requested 2 dollies and there were no dollies available, the person who attended me just explain about the gas tank level. No explanation about pictures need to be taken at the pick up and drop off, he just told me that I need to put the keys back on the drop off box. My order time was expected to be at 3:00 pm, and I took the truck at 1:06 pm and I drop the keys in the drop off box and then I received a notification about the drop off instructions about taking pictures to the interior of the truck but guess what, it was locked and I couldn't take pictures, thankfully I took some pictures when I returned back just for caution but obviously I was charged for being overdue on the time of return.

Brian MI estimated the travel at30 miles and only actual miles I put on the truck was 16. I took pictures, so I have the proof. I haven’t been notified yet as to where my refund is or even if they are going to refund. Not happy with overcharging.
