If you make a customer pick up the equipment outside of the area requested, you should not charge foelr the extra miles. For instance, my request was to pick up and drop off in Decatur, AL. UHAUL chose for me to pick up in Athens, AL. THATS 46 ROUND TRIP MILES I HAD TO PAY FOR because UHAUL didn't halve trucks in Decatur. That is not my fault but I still got charged. I have a family member moving this weekend. I will not recommend UHAUL!

The gentleman who helped hook up and connect went above and beyond to help. The lights were not working properly and he was able to determine I had a blown fuse. I went to NAPA, they found the fuse and the trailer performed perfectly.
