Worst experience ever with U-Haul. And had made reservation at a location on near side of town. Day before pickup U-Haul switched pick-up to a mechanic shop on opposite side of town in a pretty rough area. So then I go to Pick up on Sunday morning, and of course business is closed and no one around. Had to do mobile app pick-up.. Difficulty getting in key lock box with Cust Service assistance on phone. then got in the box, and no key there. CS rep had to call around for 20 minutes to then tell me key was in the drop off box. That lock also did not work properly. Then when I got the key from drop box, I discovered that there were no blankets nor dolly which i reserved. I made U-Haul aware of both and they were to credit me for the blankets (approx $20-24) and dolly and they were to give me a $50 credit. I got a $20 credit.

WESLEY TI was charged for a service I wasn’t even asked about if I wanted
ANTEANNA HI had to drive through mud holes to get to the trailer. Pulled out of the location and slung mud all over my truck. I followed the location owner's instructions regarding after hours drop off however, he did not check the trailer in until 2 days later so I was billed for an additional rental period. I tried calling the location several times over a 2 day period to resolve this issue and got no answer. I then called the national U-Haul number to file a dispute for the extra rental charge. Now I must wait 3 days for the dispute to be reviewed. The entire experience has been horrible.
