Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo one present eventhough door and website showed open on Saturday. Number on building was disconnected. Homeless person in rear of building where I had to leave the trailer. Scary spot. Uhaul can do better. Not good for your reputation.
Jay WI have zero complaints about the actual rental process. The man behind the counter took care of all the paperwork. His partner went outside with me to ensure I had no issues with the hook-up and answer any questions. Were, I did have issues with the rental location was that I had an 8:30 am pick-up time at a location that advertised they open at 8:30 am, so when I show up at 8:20 am, I fully expect to wait around for 10 minutes before they unlock the doors. To my surprise the man didn't even show up till 8:50 am then he sat in his car till almost 9:00 am before he even opened the building.

Chris BTruck was parked in the back lot hard to access. We had to drive through mud to get the truck out. Back lift gate was left open while it was being stored and it was completely filled with pinstraw,dirt and trash. We had to wait for the owner of the auto shop to pressure wash the truck out which left it soaking wet for us. Owner stated he let his brother use the truck. The miles and gas on the contract were different than the picture I took when I picked it up. They never gave me a picture of the contract and said it would be emailed to me. When I dropped the truck off uhaul tired charging me an additional $34 dollars because of this. I have pictures from when I picked it up and when I dropped it off.
