When we got there it was a few minutes after 9:00am our reservation was at 9:00am. The store was open, but there was no one in the store at all. I had to call hauled customer service even they tired contacting the store no answer. During the process of check in with haul customer service and the mobile app a store associate walked in, asked if we were here to pick up a reservation, and then said, I'll just go ahead and use the mobile app. And that was it, then when we started the process the keys to the mobile truck, we're still in the drop off lockbox, he had to get an associate to get that there was no blankets that we ordered ahead of time. No utility Dolly, no furniture dollies. When I went in to question about them, they were like, oh I guess we don't have that. After spending 20 minutes looking for some, and I was there for more than 45 minutes. Just trying to pick up a truck without really any assistance from anyone there. It was very frustrating.

after hours drop off
Eric WOwner of furniture warehouse where the pickup location was had the keys inside the facility and showed up to open location at 9:30am when the store opening and U-Haul pickup was to be at 9am. I was delayed to get to a job site. The owner was extremely rude and told me to get out of the store after passive aggressively handing the keys over, also shooed me away with hand gestures. Worst customer service experience ever. He did not complete routine review of vehicle prior or post pick up. I was able to speak to Bobby, local manager and he was great in taking care of all of that.
