Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location looked sketchy and I was unsure on where to drop the keys off since they were closed but luckily the customer service line for U-Haul was very helpful.
Melinda MThe truck only had 42 miles to empty when I got it, it was dirty and a vape and other items were left in the cab. it ran very poorly and when i gassed up the handle never moved, I ended up dropping it off saying 8 miles to empty. I even took a pic of the receipt at the gas station to prove it. The truck dash lights came on then flickered off, it barely made it over the hill on Van Buren soon after leaving the pick up location. This was the worst experience with Uhaul I have ever had. The establishment looks like a chop shop and shady business, very unkept facility and the surrounding area in front and around the business gave chop shop. Do not recommend this location at all.
SHELLY HMy app was not working at all had to spend a hour with coustomer service on the phone. Same goes for the drop off the app didn’t work or websites. Very stressful
Christopher GEmily was extremely helpful during the whole process! I really appreciate how she made herself available while booking, and walking me throb while picking up. It was super easy picking up the vehicle and returning it as well!
