It is unprofessional to change the trailer size by saying that I was provided a free upgrade to a larger trailer at a different location. The original rental location changed with no notice.

Physical location is filthy and unwelcoming at best. Someone from corporate needs to make a visit. That is, if it matters. Definitely won't go to this location again.

I reserved this auto rescsporter trailer over a week in advance. I was supposed to get notification via email in 2 days, 4 days went by before I heard anything. I had to pick the trailer up at another location which was actually closer to me so that was fine. I called back to confirm my reservation at the new location, the person there had no idea what I was talking about.l, he stated he was busy and would have to call back on 30 min. I then called him back later and he confirmed that it was there and available but for the wrong date and time. I called back again the day of the rental and the person I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about but he did have one and when he looked up my info he stated that the rental was to be picked up at the original location I had called. He said if I wanted, I could pick up the trailer from his location because he had an 1 available so he changed the reservations to his location (location #3) and it all worked out in the end. This 3rd place was very friendly and accommodating.

I got charged for extra miles even though I had to drive 60+ miles just to pick up truck. then at drop off mobile check in didn't work

Uhaul rep was very friendly!, but appeared intoxicated. Also, I was not informed that I would not have a ramp for my truck, which made moving very inconvenient.

Everything was great! Mark was kind and patient and really helpful during the whole process. I am moving to Michigan and things were not turning out great, but renting a U-Haul was perfect and it really made the move go a lot easier.

Uhal was leaking water in back department (you can see the patch on the roof of the truck), it was covered in mud that had dried. Addressed this with the man and he said the uhal we had has been put on the back burner over and over again intead of being fixed. Asked about charges due to the condition prior to taking and was assured that it's already noted. Look on my card and I've been charged for prior issues?

The building itself is old, but don’t let that detract from the service and quality of the trucks. They’re working on getting things up to date. The truck was clean and well maintained and they were very laid back to work with. We’ll definitely come here again.
