The reservation was made on-line. For pick up, my pick location was changed by UHaul. The new location was a business. The guy there said just take it. Later that day he checked it in. Then we drove to our destination, 13 hours. I contacted the drop off business, the one I picked and the one on the contract. I dropped it. The next day I received notificqation from UHaul that the drop off was changed to a new location. I was not able to document my drop off. One both pick up and drop off I had to call UHaul - terrible experience, 45 minute waits. Not vvery helpful people. Kacey was great, she solved my problem. Two UHaul people said this has been a problem lately. I always had great experiences with UHaul. Not anymore and with this price increase that over doubled, probably not again.

Picked up at Bartlett IL Only one trailer at site and it was an old one with limited tie downs. Trailered ok. Given erroneous drop off site. Finally dropped it off at a major u-haul drop off. Overall ok.
RICHARD VI drop off the truck next day in the morning although I had the time until evening. They charged me an extra fee for late drop off as they are close on Sunday. I have to give a call to get the refund.
MUHAMMAD KThe BATTERY died within the first hour of renting the truck and I also was given the truck on E with almost no gas. Had to call roadside assistance. Luckily got a jump start from a passer-by in a pickup truck.
Joseph SI picked up my vehicle after-hours of the office renting the truck; the office was a trucking company not a U-Haul location. The key box was hard to find as there were no signs directing people to the location; it was in between the two trucks but near a light. I was able to get the keys using the app along with some assistance from calling U-Haul.
