Original order was changed. I was charged a higher rate outside of the original $136 dollar rental fee with less than requested equipment. The truck had cigarette ashes and juice stains on interior of truck.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt was ok! Nothing to brag about
Delisa TThe guy who helped me was nice and knowledgeable. The reason I give a low rating is my car’s park break was left on even after we had spoke about it. I also read about it on the U-Haul website. I just did not realize Toyota Corollas automatically turn on the park break when loading onto a dolly. I wish the employee had checked when he parked it on the dolly and watched me drive off the property to make sure things looked right. I will have to replace both back tires now. Also the digital picture feature timed out so I couldn’t properly take pictures.
Ryan BEverything was amazingly great! Great customer service, friendly staff, very knowledgeable staff, willing to help you save as much as possible with transparency! Uhauls were detailed greatly as well.
