Overall cleanliness of the rental unit was a bit below what I would expect. The back had some small pieces of cardboard and styrofoam in it. The counter person was very pleasant and courteous to work with.

I can’t believe you charged over $100 for me to use a truck for less than 3 hours!!! Your mileage charge is ridiculous! I used to rent U-Haul for all my rental needs (and there have been many, just look up my phone number and you’ll see how many times I’ve used U-Haul), but never again!
