Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe app is useless and a absolute waste of time. On pickup and drop off I had to call customer service because the app wouldnt work correctly. Complete waste of time to even try and use.
Jason WThe van was perfect. Thanks
Gregory HYou have to improve the mobile 24x7 check in/ check out process. There are too many pictures required and the app or connection is too slow. It takes at least 15 min to check in and 20 min to check out. Plus no heads up up-front that it will take that long.
Mark SMy son was an added driver and did not take a picture of the gas tank. I only had one trip for about 10 miles. And I paid $32.00 for gas, which will probably cost me less than $10 for the amount I drove. I feel no one is checking the actual gas mileage. The inside of the truck had trash and broken glass. I will say the gentleman running the office was exceptionally friendly.
