There are no employees at this location. When calling the phone number you always have to wait a long time for a call back if you ever get one. I had to call U-Haul customer service twice for assistance w/ the return.
Jeffrey SThere's no way to improve over what Dave and his local U-Haul crew are doing. Dave helped me through a very difficult rental when my truck broke down that I was towing his trailer with. He has earned a very loyal customer. He absolutely understands great customer service!
Todd HWhen I called the drop off office to let them know that the truck had been returned, the friendly person I spoke with went through a helpful checklist.
Cameron PDon’t make promises you can’t keep. The person I spoke to said they will give us a free day and won’t charge extra day because the weather is not great after asking them 3 times and said” no worries we understand that it’s raining all day” then charged us anyway with extra fees like fuel when we keep the same amount of fuel before returning it. This happened twice with this same company charging us for fuel. For future reference I will stay away from this place and use Penske or budget instead
