Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreat experience, I am a fan of the U-Haul app…made the checkout and checkin process painless!
GLENN SWe ordered a dolly and a dozen covers. To our surprise, there were none !! Windshield was filthy. If you can’t do a simple order like mine, would hate to see something a little more complicated.

Kevin CWe were very impressed with our service in Bemidji- very helpful staff, and everything was well explained and organized. We were unhappy however with the fact that there was a significant leak inside the cab of the U-Haul, which was very uncomfortable being we were in heavy rain for a large portion of the drive. We were getting literally soaking wet in the passenger seat. No refund of any kind was offered in Fort Collins.
