The windows were dirty. For the second time I picked up a truck whose gas gage indicated it was full but when I filled it up to return it, I put in way more gas than it should have taken. I got a refund on the gas but it was frustrating. There needs to be a better way of insuring tanks are really full before someone remts a truck. Otherwise they will be paying for someone else who didn't fill the tank up.
Richard RI had a great experience at this location. I was pulling a 20 foot U-Haul with an auto transporter. I needed to take the auto transporter off in order to unload the truck at my self storage. So I dropped the auto transporter first, then came back with the truck. The gentleman at the front counter was very friendly and easy to work with. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of with the truck and is well maintained inside and out of the store.
LORI BRussell is the best example of perfect customer service. He makes U-haul look good. If every customer engagement went like this one in every business place, there would never be unhappy customers.
