I dropped the UHaul off on a Sunday because that's when it was due. They charged me $20 to drop off after hours. They're closed Sunday and Monday.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHaving to pick this up after 3:45 pm using an app was an extreme pan in the ass. Even my son had problems checking in! It took way too long I would have prefered that the person on the phone set us up with a location that we could have a person give us a vehicle.
Gary SGas tank was empty, empty cigarette cartons all over the cab, used Zyn’s on the floor of the cab, dusty/dirty cargo bay.
Derek EThe gentleman in charge of this location was awesome. Well-meaning, understanding, offered sound advice, and made appropriate accommodations to make this a pleasant experience. My girlfriend and I found him to be extremely professional and an all-around great guy--the type of person that is honest, reliable, customer-oriented, trustworthy, affable, and one would want to be part of any organization, either that they own, happen to be starting, or are cherry-picking for rising talent. Just a great guy.
