Consequently, I had to re-engage with customer service the following day to finalize the return, which was not completed until the morning of the third day. I trust that these technical challenges will be addressed to enhance the customer experience and prevent similar inconveniences in the future.

I'm quite disappointed with my recent experience. The app did not function as expected, and despite assurances from a representative that the issue would be resolved, my car trailer remains active. This is concerning as it was supposed to be linked with the truck. I hope this can be rectified promptly.
