The return location was closed 2 days before the holiday on Saturday. I contacted Uhaul 800 nbr, they advised to go ahead & drop trailer at this location. Dropped it, took pics, left contract in drop box.. But, started receiving numerous calls from another dealer 25 miles away, asking why I had not returned to their location .. It worried me I would be charged late fees …. No one available due to holiday VERY FRUSTRATING !!

I did not deal with a person when I dropped off my rental, but I do think it is important to note that the key drop box is on the fence by the gate just to the north east of the main office building for the storage units. My party had some trouble locating the drop box because of how far it is away from the rental parking area.

Mark BI was not able to talk with the owners/operators of Bedford Falls on this night, but I have before, and they are very, very considerate of their customer's needs. I did, however, talk with a U-Haul rep on the phone at the 1-800 number, and she was very polite and helpful as well. Many thanks for making sure that my drop-off went without a "hitch"... that was a dad joke - and should probably be U-Haul's next big ad campaign! There's no charge for the marketing idea, but maybe a lifetime of free rentals when I might need additional equipment could be worked out!!!!! :) Chip Bemis
