Problem is I received a gas tank which was not completly full, I drove it 20 miles, bought 1,75 gallons of fuel but then was charge a gallon of gas at $7, I should not have been charged for that, next time fill up your uhauls so its very clear when returned if full, found this very annoying

The location, facility, & management were excellent. However, on Uhaul's side of the deal, I ordered blankets & dolly to rent. This location has only been in business for a month. You should let customers know that items are not available at the location. Also, in my situation last night, I picked up & returned the truck in Berryville, AR. But, I needed movers to help unload in Green Forest & your app wouldn't allow me to make that choice.
