Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI want to be clear that the fella running the operation was genuine and a really fine person. The area that this location is in is a little scary for a lot of people. Pretty sketchy. There really was no place to park the van, there really isn’t a parking lot to put this thing. But here’s the thing: the fellow made sure my reservation was correctly turned in and everything is fine in the end.
Donald MDrop off says call business but stuck in AI Assistant loop. Luckily an employee was picking something up to direct me where the box was on the back side of the building.
Shaun GDid a key drop off. it was very obvious where I was to drop the car off, and where to deposit the key. The area was a bit unsettling however I had no issue with my return.
Peter SBe transparent about parking. I parked my car in the same lot I got the U-Haul from and they completely blocked my car in. Was unnecessary as the lot was open with plenty of space. Unprofessional and bad service
