There was food all over the floor of the truck, windshield and windows were very dirty and hard to see out of.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had originally wanted to pick up the truck five minutes from my house. Instead, I got sent a half hour across town. There’s nothing wrong with the location other than it’s just out there. If someone ask about the location, sure I’d say it’s fine. But there were three closer to my house.
GUY YReturned after hours. Took a minute to figure out the online return and believe I did it right. Returned unit about 36 hours early as I booked longer than I needed.
Robert PCommunication was low New site it seems, or in the process of updating. Could new much better Truck itself had big soft spot in middle of back of truck. High pitched hummmm i had to endure for 600 miles if speed was above 60mph. Literally louder than the radio. An annoying, aggravating, pretty terrible experience
Wayne OWonderful service and very kind people. Helpful in hooking and unhooking too.
