Very helpful, explained truck and trailer functions clearly. Employees came and hooked up trailer for us… quite dirty and involved. Felt safe knowing it was done right. Travel and towed beautifully for 600 miles.
DOUGLAS TThank GOD for Elmer at the 48th street location! UHAUL corporate MAJORLY screwed up and allowed some other person to take my identity with an ID that didn’t even match mine ONLINE. Elmer helped me get a temporary solution that way I could AT LEAST get back on the road and get where I was going 3 hours away. Corporate wouldn’t even pick up the phone when I called, but Elmer was able to get in touch with someone in the back who was moderately helpful- so if you anticipate ANY screw up from corporate (which seems to be more and more likely with their questionable hires………..) you can trust 48th street to help you out.
