I was charged $20 for overnight fees after renting a vehicle for 3 hrs. Very dubious charge. These guys are cheats. DO NOT USE this U haul. They don't seem to know what they're doing.


The pickup I rented had a super strong cigarette smell and the cab was not clean. I returned it after hauling a couple loads of furniture to the landfill....with the windows open so I could breathe. I look at the receipt that was emailed to me and was charged a $25 cleaning fee. Wow! Really!


Hire people that are not just talking on their phone or texting on their phone when customers are there or change your policy that do not allow them to do this, at least when customers are in the building asking questions. I realize it was cold that night but no one is forcing him to work there and if he doesn't like his job get another one. I went there for a service and didn't need to hear how he didn't want to wait for me while I was in the store looking at stuff I may need for my trip

Associates were friendly and helpful. Equipment was in good condition and easy to use. I would use this service again.


The trailer leaked and some of our stuff got wet during a short rain storm.


10 miles were added to what we had actually drove and the floor on the truck was broken which resulted in my husband hurting his knee and ankle and when I returned the truck the gentleman told me that I wasn't going to be charged for the rental of the truck because of my husband getting hurt .




I received a damaged truck upon pickup. It was dark when I arrived at the Uhaul location. Got the truck home and noticed that the right side of the truck was damaged. I tried to call, was put on hold forever, as usual, without an answer. I was told that the general manager would be in contact with me. He is yet to do so. All of the employees were less than cordial.


Took an hour to rent a trailer the young man was not trained properly

The gentleman working the counter was super knowledgeable and friendly. He made the pick up process super easy.


When a customer asks for an extra day to rent the truck, and it's confirmed by the employee you have that extra day, please actually add the day into the computer. Two different employees confirmed the extra day was added to my contract and I still was called saying the truck was overdue.

The 19.99 turned out to be over $50 despite driving less than 12 miles. The milage was 7 higher than listed when I picked up the truckand the website wouldnt let me update the mileage before I started driving. So I paid for mileage I didn't use. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to pursue this issue

When I picked up the trailer in Bismarck, ND the tire needed changed. It had a 2 inch gash on the side. I had to wait and it put our day off a bit. My son works at Northwest Tires and was able to change it I feel like I should have gotten my $70 back because my son changed the tire and Not uhaul. The drop off in Florida was excellent. Yes I will continue to rent from uhaul.


Next time when booking a truck, tell me up front that you dont have what i want to rent instead of waiting for your regional manager to call me two days before and tell me you dont have the full size truck that i ordered and i have to down size. It caused me lots of my time and a lot of money. I will not use uhaul again unless it is my last option.


Truck interior could have been cleaner

When a customer such as myself elects to utilize mobile check in. We should not be required to stand in line for the key. It should be in the provided lock box. Additionally, when a customer returns the vehicle on time. it should be immediately returned in the system so I the customer is not charged for 3 days of use. GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER!

I will be calling about charges made. I was told one price and it seems they have doubled it for a tow dolly and picking up the van was a nightmare.

I made a reservation on line. Tried to confirm pickup time and reservation, no answer left message, no response. Went on line and left a message to confirm and add 10 boxes. No response. Went to pick up and there were no cargo vans available we had to take a pick up truck, no Dolly which was reserved, and no one wore a mask. Not a good experience at all, considering I tried to confirm prior to going there.


Everything worked out great!


Order a truck online and they canceled it because I go inside to pay and they can never get my cards to work but whenever I bring a man his cards always work the guy ringing us up was rude to me but not the guy I was with however after hours drop off was great took some quick pictures and left
