They had given my unit to someone else. The lady was so rude. They charged my account and it was supposed to be 1 free month. The lady was the clincher though.....so rude.

the gentleman that was helping me get a unit was very helpful was very friendly and had to compassion to fulfill all questions I had throughout the process. The Bismarck branch is a very clean facility along with the monitoring of it as well. I am very pleased and very thankful for, such a great staff. thank you again Henry

Dustin W | Overall ExperienceWe were able to move in after hours of business closing. The only hiccup was that there was no lock in the unit. We had our own with so we used it temporarily until the next morning when we went back to U-Haul to let them know of the situation. They gave us a brand new lock and we were able to add 24 hour access to the unit as well.
