Sadly the guy at the store had EXTREMELY limited knowledge about trailers or the rental process. We called in our way to the location (over an hour and a half) and the lady on the phone didn't even know what a trailer/car hauler was. Limited English made the transaction even more frustrating. Overall a very stressful rental experience made bad by the inadequate knowledge of the staff.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe locations were good but I was charged 3 extra days for a one day 24 hour rental. And I matched the gas gauge when I was finished but still charged for an additional 26 litres. Not happy about that.
Darrin PWould recommend they start the equipment with a full tank and it be returned with a full tank Also it would be nice to have equipment washed before and after Otherwise great service
Darryl MI got the truck with half a tank of gas and then I was charged $71 for gas because I brought back with half a tank. Thankfully I took a picture of the kilometres before I drove the truck and I was reimbursed the $71.
Rem DI booked last minute with the service agent at the counter of the Fas gas. He was highly competent and professional. The process was quick and easy. We are lucky to have this service available in our community.
