The location was closed despite having an open sign in the window. There was nobody present.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisBetter pickup service, especially for the people deciding to do self pickup, had to call three representatives and the owner of the business just to pick up the vehicle I had rented. Then when dropping off I was told everything was all good and I’d get a confirmation email once the person at register had put the key into the system, did not get the email and had a representative call me from the company to tell me I was late on drop off.. I dropped it off a day ahead of schedule.
RAVEN WNo one there when I showed up at my scheduled time to pick up the trailer. Also when I made my reservation I picked the drop off location and then when going through the pick up checklist my drop off location was changed to a location further away from where I was going.
RAYMOND P(No personnel present). Drop off was a little confusing
Marian SSome questions not applicable...we dropped off when the business was closed. But the owner responded promptly by phone. 👍
