There was only 1 small trailer available at this location. We really could have used a bigger one. The next closest location was about 45 min away. Hopefully we'll have better luck next time at a different location.

MICHAEL HWhen I returned the trailer, I went to one of the addresses given me as an option to return on Locksely Lane, Auburn, CA. The representative cursed at me in front of another customer and yelled for me to leave the property. Humiliating and incredibly unprofessional, and extremely distressing. He wrote the trailer number down and told me if I complain about him he will “get me” and make me pay. Does he have my personal info? My address? What is he going to do? I called Uhaul while he was screaming and cursing and they recorded the whole thing. I’m also reporting this to the police today.
