The U-Haul that was assigned to me, was parked in the most complicated way for a 26 ft. It was a puzzle getting out, Also, the directions through the app to access the key did not tell me the key was in the back of the truck so I was there for almost an hour trying to talk to representatives to figure out such a simple thing. The app told me the key was in box 2 but the combination didn't work. The key ended up being in the back of the U-Haul that was assigned to me. "12hours later" I finally obtained it.
