I drive to drop off the U-Haul during the advertised hours of operation, the place was locked, and I was told to drop the keys through the door. I was stuck waiting for half a hour outside in the sun .

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe were surprised we were charged a $22 after-hours drop off fee. This was never mentioned previously. Also, self-return was a huge problem. The U-Haul app. would not accept my login credentials, saying Profile could not be submitted and error code 429. I then tried to return the truck through the website, but it couldn’t verify the location and also couldn’t scan the location QR code. Finally, I just had to call customer service and wait 40 minutes to talk to somebody and send my own photos.
Patrick SQuick and fast after hours pick up. Easiest uhaul pick up ever and I've done alot!
