My original pickup location was a disaster. I can't remember the exact name, something corner store. 2 hours past my reservation, they did not have my rental and offered to “hook me up†with a different one. The attendant had no idea how to do anything and had to call his uncle to see what was happening.

our pick up location was changed to a spot 30 minutes away. The location was closed and the website was so slow it took over an hour to process. Calling the 800 number did not help. 30 minute wait time and they were unable to assist. This added 2 hours to our move and tons of frustration.

This location is unstaffed and completely remote. Had to download app and take a bunch of pictures. A/C went out on truck, and I had no one to talk to about it.
