It would have been great to have been told that the facility was not open at scheduled pick up time. This would have enabled me to complete the document submission process and understand the key retrieval process before getting there.

Andy KLocation was changed to a furniture store. Rep was on the phone trying to make an appointment for his car. Never checked in the truck when I brought it back and I had to call to tell U-Haul it was not overdue
John BGreatly appreciate Rod assisting with all of our rental contract details. Zehed was polite and professional when we picked up our rental in Bolingbrook. Telephone assistance was frustrating on Friday morning. Glad we downloaded the app
