the trailer i rented was installed wrong. it fell off my car while driving 1 block away from the location and nearly killed me and my family. i have filed a claim for damages. this is a horrible experience.

When picking up the van the app would not complete the process without telling me why. I had to spend 40 minutes on the phone to discover that the reason why it would not go forward is because of my out of state DL and the verification process would take longer. I had booked this van months in advance and this verification could have been done well ahead of time. There is a lot of room for improvement here.

Ricardo HPlease be clearer on the details for picking up the truck, specifically with an out of state ID - made pick up very painful and waited a while (although that was also because of customer support). However, the big part too was there was missing items that we had ordered that were not included in the truck unfortunately. And no one was there at 5:00 on a Thursday.
