Need to inspect the trailers when they come back to the lot. Trailer I rented, the wheel seal or something caught fire and the wheel blew. Was down on the side of the interstate for 2 hours. Had to back track roughly 40 minutes, to pick up a different, after a tow truck came out to get the broken trailer.

The Brandon location was very messy. I ordered the uhaul from a Sioux Falls location and received a call 24 hours in advance informing me I had to drive a half hour to Brandon. It was extremely inconvenient. The location had minimal parking to leave my vehicle.

A woman said she had a reservation for the truck already and couldn't rent it to me even though I only needed it for a few hours. I called another uhaul and she was awesome

Truck cab was a little dirty and I actually had to drive out of my way to pick up the truck. I was given a break on the charges though and that was appreciated. The women at the pick up office was also very friendly and helpful.

A heads up that we need a card to pay wouldve been super nice, especially since all we had was cash and i had to call a friend with a card just to get my uhaul that had been reserved for a month.

We reserved a large truck and had to go to Sioux Fall to get a small truck. Not the locations fault. Uhaul has to get there head out of there ass and get equipment to the Sioux Falls area.

The trailer obviously was not checked after the last rental, it was filled with sawdust, dirt and leaves that we had to sweep out before we could use the trailer.

Trailer was dug out in the front from the snow but completely covered every where else and was frozen to the ground. They handed me a sledge hammer to see if we could get it unstuck..no one ever came out to help with it.

The trailer was dirty inside, but the bigger issue was that it doesnt have a tongue jack. The trailer is heavy to lift. These trailers should have jacks on the rear corners and tongue.

Maybe stop being an asshole like every other company on the planet? Like not charging a customer for more days than they need it? I need a 10 foot van for 3 days. I'm forced to pay $1,418 because your system decided I needed it for 6 days and you don't offer a 3-day deal. I drive a truck for a living, you don't think I know how long it will take me to drive 1700 miles? And don't tell me it's a "convenience fee" because there's nothing convenient about it. and don't tell me I don't have to accept it because yours is the only one in the area that offers a one-way rental. I have no other options which is why you are allowed to charge the prices you do.

I ordered the truck originally well be fore it was needed, but I got a call from a site other than what I wanted. I could not get through on a call to straighten it up. I cancelled the order and made a new order. I( get a call the day before I was to pick up the truck and was told there was no truck availible.(thiis is the computer age-- you should know where your trucks are and not confirn a rental when yiouhave no trucks available) I was told that i could get a truck if I went 100 miles out of my way or the alternative was to travel 200 miles out of my way.. Now that I have gone out of my way to find a truck and return it at my destination in less than a day I find out you are billing me for 2 days and the amount of miles you have alowed me not the acual milles. I sent an E-mail requesting a breakdown of what I was billed for and never recieve an answer. I should have a rebate of say $50.00 for having to go out of my way to get a truck when you could not provide me one as ordered. IF YOU EXPECT ME TO GIVE YOU A GOOD RATING, YOU ARE SADLY MISTAKE . I WILL NEVE USE YOU BUSINESS AGAIN !!!

Help the customer with the hook up of the trailer, and the drop off. I would think they would want to make sure that the trailer was connected correctly.

The weight of the tongue of a 6x12 trailer requires two people to lift; it would have been nice to know that ahead of time.. The ball clamp was difficult to attach and detach. Maybe it needs to be lubricated on the trailer that I used.

The trailer rental went very smooth and quickly. The price for a 6x12 trailer was very reasonable. One thing I would recommend is with the larger trailers, they should have a wheel jack on the trailer tongue to help with lifting the tongue onto the ball. Thanks,

I was referred to a drop-off location that didn't accept drop-offs, so it added an hour to the drop-off process that wasn't necessary.

Hey, guess what, not everyone has a smartphone. I don’t! Asking me to check the truck in by a websight doesn’t cut it with me. You got your truck, clean and in the same condition I got it, you got your keys. As for your online check in process, screw you.
