Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDid not have furniture dolly equipment, had no idea how to help. Proceeded to push me to the next location saying they’d figure it out. Required me to call corporate. Issue still unresolved.
COLE F10/10 experience with John & John Associates. I would highly recommend them. The App made things much easier!
JONI BGreat job!!!
Pawel JThe local store is great! However, I do have a complaint. Not with a local store, but with the verification system. I had moved recently and gone to the license branch to get a new license with my new address so all I had was a paper copy from the license branch and they took my old license. I had to get someone else to drive the U-Haul and use their license because they would not accept my paper license from the license branch. That was really an inconvenience.
