The cargo trailer has leaks in the roof and our boxes got very wet on the front drivers side. I showed the leaks to a member of the Uhaul team, who took notes and pictures.

I am writing to express my strong disappointment regarding my recent experience with the U-Haul pickup service. Upon collecting the truck and car trailer, I discovered that one of the tie-down straps was jammed in the lock mechanism, indicating a complete lack of pre-rental inspection. Furthermore, the left indicator on the front of the wheel cover was non-functional, which is a major safety concern for road travel. To make matters worse, the staff provided absolutely no safety protocols or instructions on how to properly load and secure the vehicle. This level of negligence is unacceptable, as faulty equipment and a lack of guidance could have led to a serious accident. TYLER SI had a great experience with U-Haul. The process was smooth and easy from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. The staff was helpful, friendly, and explained everything clearly. Overall, very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend U-Haul to others
Gurpreet SDue to extenuating circumstances, I was not able to return the vehicle until the following day. The rental truck got stuck n the mud and I was not able to get it out in my own. I contacted the rental location and I was informed that the truck was not being rented out again until 4:30 on that day. I swept and mopped out the truck and was still charged for the extra day. I don’t believe that the charge was necessary given the truck was not needed on the day that I was supposed to return it. The customer service rep was rude and did not show any compassion despite my apologies and informing her that it was my birthday and I was having a horrible day. I will not be using your business in the future!!!!!
