Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy rental included furniture pads and jack rabbit charged me for furniture pads, but they dont actually have furniture pads. Zero advice or help hooking up the tow dolly and loading the car.
Tim AThe owner refused to come check the vehicle when I was there, then charged me for damage that was preexisting. If that charge remains, I am unlikely to ever rent from UHaul again.
Jeffrey WGreat people! Went above and beyond my expectations to get me rolling.
Tom WI think that this location needs to be more considerate of peoples time. They were unable to figure out how to give us the keys to the U-Haul even though on our end, we were fully done in secure, and my app told us to just pick up the keys they would not let us unless we gave them License our card told us to wait 20 minutes for someone else when we had other places to be and got rude as well when we were only trying to figure out how to use U-Haul for the first time there was also only 9 miles of gas we got more gas and luckily for the next person to use that U-Haul they will have more than 9 miles . The lady is incompetent.
