I think that this location needs to be more considerate of peoples time. They were unable to figure out how to give us the keys to the U-Haul even though on our end, we were fully done in secure, and my app told us to just pick up the keys they would not let us unless we gave them License our card told us to wait 20 minutes for someone else when we had other places to be and got rude as well when we were only trying to figure out how to use U-Haul for the first time there was also only 9 miles of gas we got more gas and luckily for the next person to use that U-Haul they will have more than 9 miles . The lady is incompetent.

MICHELLE VIt is a convenient store as well as a pick up location. The clerk was trying to check me in and going back and forth helping the other customers buying from the store. It was very unprofessional and at one point his laptop stopped working. It took me a total of 30-45 minutes to get the U-Haul.
Hannah SInformation on hook up was not given by rental reservation agent....unit too heavy to hook up alone. It was a problem for me and for representative at rental site as he was alone. This also presents a problem for drop off.
