Although the truck was clean, the check tire pressure light was concerning. The truck got the job done but was very shaky. My passenger thought the window would brake open with the windy whistle and the shaking of the truck. Not sure if this is something that is suppose to happen with these trucks or not. Although when lights come on you start to worry if you will complete your mission.

Kara S.It wasn't explained to me that there would be two separate charges. I don't know why the whole amount wasn't taken out of my account after I returned the vehicle. I have an additional promissory note for almost 40 in addition to the mileage, gas I put in it before dropping it back off which took it to a full tank and the regular truck rental fee with the insurance. I have no idea what this other amount is for. Nothing was explained to me when I rented the truck. Now I have to call U-Haul to pay this other fee. Very dissatisfied. I've rented from two other locations in the last 2 years and have never had any additional fees
