No matter what, checking out a truck is a painful process. It seems like there is always some sort of computer problem that causes delays in getting keys. The whole check out process should be able to be completed in 5 minutes, but no matter what, it always takes 15-20.

The van that I rented was full of animal hair as well as it smelled like cigarette smoke. I would have expected this of an older vehicle but this vehicle has under 33000 miles

Put locking gas caps on the truck do that there’s more than 1/4 tank of gas. It’s a relatively cheap solution to people stealing gas out of the vans.

We were concerned about picking up the trailer at this location due to the many previous negative reviews, those are very unfortunate as our experience was very good!!! The original agent on the phone when we reserved the unit was very polite and knowledgeable and the pick-up/hook-up was also very satisfactory. I would recommend this store.

not charge for a extra day when I returned at 8 a.m on time but she forgot to log it in You did with draw 39.? out of my account and the man who works there said sorry but we will return 31. I said NO Thats not acceptable and he had to talk with another worker there and came to a agreement on the FULL amount, other wise happy

The truck was dirty when picked up. Also when picked up, was given a 7 dollar gas credit because the truck wasnt filled. We immediately had to fill the truck because the gas was so low and had to pay 30 dollars for the fill up. When asked if there was a way to get a refund of that money, the staff were so inexperienced that they just sat there dumbfounded and provided no means of support.

We rented a truck Sunday, 6/30. I reserved it online, was ready to pay cash for it, and was told since I didn’t have a credit card, I’d have to put $100 down. In order to avoid the line, I’d reserved in advance. Another lady had done the same thing, and when we showed up, neither of us had a vehicle ready. [Why would the manager only schedule 2 people on the busiest weekend of the month?] Then I got a call from Khalil, the GM, letting me know we had a refund. So my husband had to call there & let them know it is OK to give me the money. I didn’t have time to do so, so he went back to pick it up & was told the truck hadn’t been checked in yet (2 days later, and it had been checked out 2 other times since WE used it!!), so after standing there for 10-15 minutes going round & round with the employee, he walked out. Then *I* got a call saying the refund was ready to be picked up! I told the gal what had happened with my husband trying to pick it up & she assured me the truck was checked in, the refund was processed & it was ready to be picked up. We’ll see what happens when I go to get it tomorrow.

Super long lines and only 2 workers! Uhaul locations always seems short staffed and you have customers who are on a time limit and having to wait because there's not enough staff is ridiculous! There was also nowhere to park because all of the returns were blocking the entire front of the building. Such a huge inconvenience

I've rented Uhauls twice in the past month from different stores. Both were subjected intollerably chaotic due to failures by the central reservation system. The staff at the most rental were trying their best under extraordinary duress. There was a que of angry customers over an hour long who had been promised equipment that was not available. I've been a frequent customer of UHaul for many years, but the recent collapse of your reservation system is making me seriously question that relationship.

Waited in line for almost two hours even though I did a self check in. The person at the counter was flustered and somewhat rude when I questioned a couple things they had transpired. People in line were getting quite agitated and starting to flight with each other. Staff did nothing to help the situation. Worst Uhaul experience yet. And I’ve had many.

This is the worse uhaul I have been too. They are disorganized and rude staff. We had a reservation for 9:30am, arrived at 9:15. There were roughly 6 people in front of us which took over 90 minutes to get through. (There were people in line with 7, 8, 8:30 reservations who weren't helped) We finally got up and they didn’t have any 10ft trucks ready (even though I reserved it ahead of time). The attended then had to service the truck before we could take it (flat tire). When customers in line started to complain about the wait, the general manager told them to leave and go to another uHaul if they didn't like it. We will never go back to this location. All of the frustration could have been avoided if the staff was friendlier and explained to customers what was going on and why the wait was so long.

The customer service agent was polite and extremely helpful. I made an online reservation and it only took a matter of minutes to obtain the key and I was on my way. When I returned the truck the agent recognized me and assisted me with my return. I was the easiest part of my day!

Have your people learn more customer service. Stop over booking your trucks so many people showing up and no truck. One lady been a long time customer and said she will not come again. This place was a mad house.

You need signage outside your building to let people know when they drop off what is happening - wait by the car for someone to show up or go inside and wait in the very long lines.

My trip to U Haul was amazing.... When I walked in, i told her my plans who. What . when. And then she suggested the right stuff , thats all ecpexted . BUT TO GET A REVIEW ... You would have to had cought my attention !!!!!! Litteraly gave her a mission impossible of a trip plan..... And when I called to bug her again to extend it a day, due to my "trip plan" my debit type card isn't accepted there...she helped form a plan and we both one ...... So here's your re-cap of what she did for me. 1. Fixed my route so i didnt end up making an extra trip... 2. She found me a good deal off the top and didnt try to sell me shit i didnt need. 3. She was very informational and knew what she was talking ablout... My point is whe i kept running into a road block. She didnt give me the plain Yes or No or Sorry cant help you.... she help with i few and went beyond her job dudties and responsibility...so thanks?? Tanya Miller

It need parking and a better organization. I received a totally dirty truck. Looks like somebody transported soil. A very nice lady tied to clean and air brushed it out, but I ran put of time and had to take it.

The employees were kind, helpful, and patient. I spoke with Tyler on the phone as I expected I'd need to pick up an hour later than scheduled. He was flexible and explained it was fine. Then he helped me when I arrived and remembered our phone call, and again the following day when I returned the van. Super great service!
