The attendants were rood and didn't explain things so I got charged for extra days since they closed early on Saturday and weren't open until the next Tuesday. I will never rent from UHUAL AGAIN!!! PENSKI it is!!

We did the drop off after hours and had no issues other than some technical issues with the website not being able to read location even though my phone gave permission and it kept timing out. Way better experience with this location then where we picked up.
AUDREY FIt should say if you pick up after 5 you will have to use the lock box.
Yvette HThere was one staff person. After I parked in the lot with other trucks and went in to return, he said to move the truck to a different location, but gave no directions. I turned the truck around and went back in, and he wanted the key. I asked if he would check the millage or gas or anything. He did not ask questions or check the truck. I produced the contract - and he told me to keep it and drop off the key. I asked for the padlock key back which he provided without comment. I asked if it mattered that I was returning the truck earlier than the contract - he did not answer so I left. The employee followed me out and confronted me and asked a weird question about the office door, which made no sense to me - it was an old office, and I was one of two people doing business. I thought he was uninformative. I called Uhaul to report the truck dropped off, because I did not trust the employee.
WILLIAM LWe were told to pick up at 8 am .We got the truck at approximately 9:30.The place was closed at arrival. HOUR and a half late.
