The person was very friendly and had my truck ready for when I got there ,but I wanted to drop off my truck on a location near my house, and I was told I had to bring the truck back to the location where I picked up and had to pay mileage and gas, wich beats the whole purpose of uhaul, thank God I did not have to go to Florida.
Luis U.The truck was dirty. I had to go directly to a gas station to wash the windshield before taking it on the highway. The cargo compartment had GREASE on the floor which go on my stuff.
