The equipment was not well maintained as a truck broke down on the side of the road three hours from my destination. Roadside Assistance was slow to respond and argued multiple times. The staff that was at the Oklahoma facility were very pleasant understanding and cared about us as people not as a client or customer. During the process we had several items damaged from the movers that U-Haul hired. And they do not take responsibility for those damaged items, even though everything was packed appropriately and was not packed appropriately during the transition.
David HTruck was a piece of shit
KRISTIE FIndicate the vehicle either has/doesn’t have Bluetooth and/or Cruise Control. I had a 5 hour drive and these would have made the trip easier.
Douglas CTruck was in rough shape, was mostly clean but box smelled. Easy pick up & drop off. Staff was helpful.
