Have used this location several times. Equipment is always clean. Left my cell phone in the truck when I turned it back in. Lucky the truck hand not been rented again, so the phone was still there when I went back to get it!!

THOMAS KWas charged more than online stated even though I agreed {per U-hall's request{to pick at a different location from our original reservation. Per U-hall I agreed to drop off point in downtown Charleston to save dollars. My bill should have been $106 plus $12 for blankets. I was overcharged and per a U-hall manager, he was submitting for a refund due to the circumstances. I am awaiting notification of this.
